Description: This permanent collection of works by black artists is housed at Philander Smith College's Donald W. Reynolds Library and Technology Center at Chester Street and Daisy L. Gatson Bates Drive. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, 1-6 p.m. Sunday. (501) 370-5281. Free admission.
