— Sage V Foods will build a 100,000-square-foot plant at the Little Rock port to process quick frozen rice. The $20 million plant, which will start with 60 to 100 employees, is the fourth plant announced this summer to be built at or near the port.

Projections for the four new additions indicate that more than 1,500 jobs could be created. The Sage Foods plant is expected to grow to about 200 employees within two to three years.
