A man armed with a rifle fired shots at two men Thursday outside a Little Rock convenience store, injuring them both, authorities said.
According to Lt. Terry Hastings, Little Rock police spokesman, the shooting occurred around 1 p.m. at the Quick Stop store at Roosevelt Road and Arch Street.
One of the men was shot in the head by the gunman, who was in a white Ford. The other man was shot in the arm as he ran.
Hastings said the man shot in the head may have been an innocent bystander.
