EUREKA SPRINGS — In the heat of early afternoon, India Nicole lolls peacefully in her cage. Occasionally, she gets up and rubs against the cage wire, sharing an affectionate nuzzle with the male tiger next door. Then, she stares back at curious onlookers who have come to spend the day with the big cats at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge.
