Alltel’s top 6 in 2007 took in combined $495 million

Scott Ford, chief executive officer of Alltel Corp., earned almost $194 million last year in income and other pay in connection with the Little Rock telecommunications company’s sale to two private-equity firms, according to an analysis of Alltel federal filings.
