ALLEN SCHOOL 50TH ANNIVERSARY Dinner celebration raises $212,000 for new home

The Francis Allen School for Exceptional Children in Little Rock raised more than $212,000 toward constructing a new facility at its 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner, according to Suzy Benham, the school’s executive director. “Dreams need room to grow” was the theme of the benefit Aug. 14 at the Arkansas Governor’s Mansion.
