Little Rock police are searching for the man they say shot a McDonald's employee as he tried to break up a fight at the eatery Tuesday.

Perry Kennon, 27, of Conway is considered armed and dangerous.

On Tuesday, Kennon fled the scene at 10201 N. Rodney Parham Road in a blue Nissan Pathfinder.

Little Rock police spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings said employee Nigel Haskett, 22, intervened when Kennon hit the mother of his child, Jessica Canady, while fighting outside the restaurant.
