Whether a Bass Pro Shops store is still coming to North Little Rock is a question Mayor Patrick Hays said he hears on a “reasonably regular basis.” The outdoors megastore remains a planned anchor for the $150 million Shoppes at North Hills retail center off North Hills Boulevard south of Interstate 40, first announced nearly 5 1/2 years ago.
