Time to go for jail expansion, Villines asserts

Finances look good to build $4.5 million addition, he says

With construction costs on the rise, Pulaski County Judge Buddy Villines said Tuesday that he wants to move forward with a plan to use a short-term loan to pay for a new, $4.5 million, 240-bed, medium-security addition at the county jail.
