Library asks tax lawsuit be dismissed

A lawsuit on whether a library millage approved by voters in December can be included on 2007 tax bills came too late and should have come in the form of a challenge to an order signed by Pulaski County Judge Buddy Villines, according to responses to the suit filed in Circuit Court.
