Senate stumbles

Former state Rep. Arnell Willis of Helena-West Helena apparently won the District 16 Senate race in a runoff two years ago, but he didn’t win the seat. What polite society calls voting “inconsistencies” reserved that privilege for his opponent, Jack Crumbly of Widener.
