High court hearing Dollarway tax case

Residents challenge 2007 millage vote

An attorney representing residents seeking a collective $500,000 tax refund wants the state’s highest court to hold the Dollarway School District accountable for misrepresenting the financial impact of a 2007 millage vote on property owners.
