PB library files lawsuit to get district court out of building

PINE BLUFF — The Pine Bluff City Council called a special meeting Tuesday night to discuss a lawsuit filed Monday by the Pine Bluff-Jefferson County Library system that seeks to evict the city’s district court from the main library’s bottom floor.
