Decision puts pipeline plans back on track

Pollution panel OKs permits for El Dorado wastewater line

A pipeline that would carry treated wastewater from El Dorado and three companies to the Ouachita River passed another challenge Friday when the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission denied a permit appeal.
