Given its name and punctuation, our inclination is to refer to Pop! in the Park, a new outdoor concert series delivered from a red-brick pavilion near Little Rock’s Junction Bridge, as Pop! Goes the Park, after “Pop! Goes the Weasel.” But there was nothing weaselly about the first installment of Pop! in the Park on a recent Saturday night.
