Library board sets up meeting to talk about millage question

The Central Arkansas Library System board of directors will have a special meeting at noon Thursday to discuss filing a “friendly” lawsuit to settle the question of whether a millage increase approved by voters in December can legally be included on tax bills, Director Bobby Roberts said Tuesday.
