City’s $5 million helps fuel base building boom

Jacksonville Mayor Tommy Swain talks Friday about a $5 million donation by the city to help construct an education center for area citizens and airmen stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base. The Air Force will provide the remaining $9.8 million to pay for the facility.
