Bears get ‘ball rolling’ again despite first-round loss

BARTON — Forty-four football players knelt or stood in the center of the Barton Bears’ dark, damp locker room. They were drenched and saddened by their 27-0 loss to Cedarville in the first round of the Class 3A state playoffs, played in a wind-swept rainstorm at Frank McClellan Field on Friday night.
