Harding forward Stacey Owens has been named Gulf South Conference West Division player of the week after scoring 33 points in two games over the weekend.

Owens also led the Lady Bisons in rebounds over the two games, grabbing 26.

Harding defeated West Florida 75-66 Saturday, then defeated Tuskegee on Sunday, 70-54, in the West Florida Tipoff Classic. Owens was named the tournament’s most valuable player.
