Little Rock Housing Authority officials are seeking restitution and control of the assets of an affordable-housing nonprofit organization run by the public agency’s former executive director and several former members of its board of commissioners, according to a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
