As the investigation continues into the beating of KATV anchor Anne Pressly, new details are emerging about the case.

In the latest report, investigators believe that a credit card belonging to Pressly, 26, might have been used Monday at a Shell gas station on Ninth Street and Interstate 30. Little Rock Police investigators were searching that area and around MacArthur Park on Wednesday, but authorities are staying mum on any official leads in the case.

Earlier in the day, KARK had posted information along those lines on its Web site that was later removed, but community forums and comments on news Web sites have kept those details in the forefront.

Officers spent Wednesday also searching around Pressly's Club Road house and Fair Park Road at Interstate 630 for any more clues into a suspect or motive.

The anchor, who has a bit role in the new movie W., was found by her mother bloodied and unconscious on Monday around 4:30 a.m. Police are investigating the case as a home invasion and robbery.

Pressly remains in critical condition at a Little Rock hospital.

Police are asking that anyone with information in the case call the Little Rock Police Detectives Division at (501) 371-4660.

Also, KATV and the Little Rock Police Department Crimestoppers set up a reward fund for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in Pressly’s attack. Contributions can be given at any Arvest bank location.
