The River City Men’s Chorus offers a different kind of concert with “Pop-Doo-Wop!” performing songs like “The Longest Time,” “As Time Goes By” and “Your Mama Don’t Dance.” Performances start at 3 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m.

This film festival continues through Saturday at the Malco Theater in downtown Hot Springs with dance performances, panel discussions and screenings of films including Quinceanera, Stand and Deliver and Tortilla Soup. 3Peek. Art instructors with the Arkansas Arts Center MuseumSchool will put their best work forward at the annual Museum School Faculty Exhibition, which starts today. Works including pottery, paintings, drawings, jewelry, woodwork and photography will remain on display at the Arkansas Arts Center Community Gallery at the Terry House through Oct. 19. 4Kick it up. Party the Polish way when Immaculate Heart of MaryCatholic Church presents its annual Polish Karnawal, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4:30-10 p.m. today, 5-10 p.m. Saturday.
In addition to traditional Polish food, there will be midway games, horseback rides, auction, arts and crafts, games, music and demonstrations. 5Get stuffed. Eat your fill at the West Little Rock Lions Club Chili Cookoff, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. Chili cookers from amateurs to professionals will set up their pots at University of Arkansas at Little Rock parking lot 15, at the corner of Fair Park Boulevard and 28th Street.
