Job-bias lawsuits declining, study says

Veteran employment-discrimination lawyers in Little Rock wholeheartedly agreed Friday with the results of a new national study showing that federal courts are increasingly ruling against plaintiffs, leading to a marked decrease in the filing of job-discrimination lawsuits.
