Stadium tobacco-free now, UA reminds game goers
This and other rules to be enforced at stadium
By ArkansasOnline
If you're attending a Razorbacks football game this season, there are a few rules the university wants you to follow, among them no tobacco whatsoever and no re-entering the game without a new ticket.
The UA System went to tobacco-free campuses earlier this year, and the policy extends to sporting venues (inside and outside) as well.
Also new this year is a UA policy that prohibits anyone from re-entering the game without a new ticket. This already is a Southeastern Conference rule, so expect heavy enforcement.
As always, there are the items you can't bring into the stadium, so don't even try. They include: alcohol, outside food and beverages, backpacks and large bags, containers and thermoses, ice chests, video cameras, chairbacks wider than 16 inches, strollers, umbrellas, noisemakers, bells, whistles, horns and laser pointers.
The university can eject those attendees who exhibit inappropriate conduct, including fighting, smoking, drunkenness, abusive behavior and throwing of objects.
